Presentation Templates

Papers at RWW are scheduled for 20 minutes duration unless otherwise stated. Based on recent events, a 17 to 18 minutes presentation and 2–3 minutes of questions will work out best. For the presentation, we will provide a computer with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can use the following templates for your presentation:

Please bring your presentation on a USB thumb drive and upload it well before the start of the session onto the computer in the room. Please be in the room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and indicate your availability to the session chairs.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Session Format and Goal

The Poster Session is an “Interactive Forum” designed for you to engage directly with small groups of interested attendees. Please be prepared to answer specific questions and discuss the technical details of your work. We encourage you to bring business cards to exchange with visitors for future correspondence.

Schedule and Location

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, January 20, 13:30 to 15:10.
  • Location: The main Exhibition Area.
  • Setup: Setup time begins 30 minutes prior to the session start.
  • Attendance: Authors must be available for discussion during the entire session (13:30 to 15:10).
  • Takedown: Authors must promptly remove all materials at the conclusion of the session.

Please strictly follow the schedule to meet your Session Chair, locate your assigned board, and arrange your materials efficiently.

Poster Space and Preparation

  • Assigned Space: A board of 2.4 m wide x 1.2 m tall (8 ft x 4 ft) is assigned to each paper.
  • Mounting: Pushpins will be provided on the poster boards.
  • Template: RWW does not provide a conference-specific poster template; please feel free to use your affiliation’s template for preparing your contribution.
